Not For Sale (Undercover Love v.1)
Immigration Control Agent Ryan "Brew" Brewster finally got the break he was looking for in his human trafficking case. But to follow the lead, he would need to go undercover into the world of the gay leather community. A world he was very familiar with; a world that would require a partner for the undercover op. Vice Cop Rick Kendry did not look twenty eight when he was out on the streets of Tampa luring in the John's. He barely looked eighteen but that was why he was stuck in vice. That and the fact that he was openly gay made him the best candidate for the job and luckily for him, he loved undercover work. When Agent Brewster recruited him for the deep undercover Homeland Security op, Rick couldn't have been more thrilled. Little did Rick know that he would soon be immersed into the intricate world of leather & BDSM.
Wow! What a great read. I loved the plot and the two sexy guys, Brew and Rick. I could not stop reading this book. It is always exciting when you have a new sub trying to learn what he is supposed to do even if it was for his job. This book dealt with male human trafficking. The two guys went underground to stop it. They both were turned on to each other and with the shifting point of views you could see what each one was thinking at the time. Both wanted to be together but were on the job. They managed some play time on the job which made it all the more interesting. They felt guilty about enjoying each other on the job but they needed to be a couple to go underground. I recommend this book to anyone. I loved it and will read more books by the author. I just read today that there will be a sequel to this book and I can't wait!! ~~~ Princess Brina, Goodreads
I enjoyed the preface, the references to the definitions and the powerful love story….This was an enjoyable read about two men, who had a job to do and yet found an attraction to each other. Enjoying the way the author shows their emotions to each other through her eyes. Giving the reader a little insight into the state of Florida, Tampa and St Petersburg. Clubs where individuals can go to be expressive of aspects of their sensuality and sexuality and, also explanation of devices and terms one uses, For those individuals who want to know but we're afraid to ask, or, didn't know where to go to learn. For me it helped me a bit more to understand and appreciate the story….In my opinion she is an exceptional author, and individual to help us all to have a better understanding of life and allows others a better understanding of sensual and sexual play. ~~~ John Guzi, Amazon
Brothers by Bond
Johnny Baxter has been Mike Morgan's best friend for the last seventeen years and his adopted brother for the last fifteen. They have been attached at the hip since they were kids, where one was found, so was the other. They shared everything.
Until six months ago… Johnny got divorced. Mike's feelings for his best friend and brother changed; became more than just brotherly love and avoidance was his way of coping. However, the night he traded shifts to avoid his brother, once again, was the night he almost lost him. And more than anything else, that is Mike's biggest fear.
There is nothing I love more than a love story about two characters that started off as friends and end up as lovers and this story definitely delivers on it... I loved seeing the way that Mike tried so hard to keep himself from being in love with Johnny and how hard the struggle became after Johnny is hurt and has to stay with Mike during his recovery. The forced closeness brings about unexpected consequences. I have owned this book for about two months and I have read it at least six times since I purchased it. Definitely on my list of keepers. ~~~ Bookwoem "Book Lover", Amazon
